• a GKP Pavilion of 360m2 situated in the ICT4All exhibition (http://www.ict4all-tunis.org/ )
  The Pavilion offers members a "virtual booth", consisting of the Virtual Members Gallery, the space for Members Publications and a Coffee & Networking Area primarily reserved for GKP members. 1st September (tentative) - WSIS Scholarships: information to successful applicants.

31st August - Submission of digital content by GKP members for their "virtual booth" at the GKP Pavilion, ie. the Virtual Members Gallery. The materiall will be showcased on a series of information screens at the GKP Pavilion and integrated into an overall presentation software. Early August (tentative) - Confirmation to the Event Organisers about slots granted for their event(s), based on the finalisation of the GKP Forum Programme. The deadline is subject to when the decision on space allocation is communicated to GKP by the WSIS Organisers.

Until 12th August - Final call for event organisers having submitted event proposals for the GKP Forum to finalise event details and confirm holding of event, in view of finalisation of the GKP Forum Programme based on decisions by the WSIS Organisers regarding space allocations (expected around 15th August 2005). 15th-31st July - Window to apply for partial WSIS Scholarships. Information on (partial) WSIS Scholarship Criteria and the application process

5th July - Extended dead-line for regional and thematic Clusters to propose events for the GKP Pavilion, in consultation with cluster members. Until 1st July - Event Organisers of events 3.xx of the GKP Forum asked to confirm that they applied directly for slots for their respective events to the official WSIS Organisers within the 30 April deadline.
